Cela fait la deuxième commande que j’effectue dans laquelle à la réception de mon colis je m’aperçois que l’un des flacon fuit/ est mal fermé d’usine dans son emballage ou je ne sais quoi.

Après sur le reste et malgré ça, le produit fait effet et répond aux attentes.

Ordered 3 bottles. Minor issue with an international payment but quickly rectified. Delay in receiving product due to UPS delivery. Bottle of Glory Hole apparently not adequately sealed. Half of bottle had escaped and remaining half have little aromatic effect.

May try again or return to former vendor

Overall my experience with the shop was amazing. Given my location, it was bit sketchy at times (I had issues with payment and order tracking), but overall, the staff at the shop were insanely helpful, trustworthy, kind, everything one could ask for. I just wish my country made it easier to do business with them.

Ich habe schon oft bei euch bestellt. Shop ist übersichtlich gestaltet, bezahlungsprozess ist einfach und die lieferung kommt sehr schnell. Die produkte haben mich auch immer sehr überzeugt. Leider war dies bei der letzten bestellung nicht so. Die poppers haben alle schwach gerochen (5stk)und der effekt war auch eher homöopathisch, trotz stärke 6. Evtl. eine ältere charche welche schon etwas verdampft ist?

Ansonsten war ich immer top zufrieden. Danke

Du point de vue commande et livraison, rien a dire. Seul bémol, lors de la réception je constate souvent que les bouchons suintent dans le plastique thermo scellant ceux ci. Je le remarque dès l’ouverture du colis et les bouchons sont légèrement desserrés lors ce que j’enlève le plastique
